Message	You would lose the ability to adjust air pressures to fine tune handling, but in a way that's a good thing. It'll eliminate a variable. Also, if there is no air in the tire, you could theoretically drive till the thing is on the rim. I'm curious how much heavier it would be than a hollow air filled tire.
